Role Overview:

As a Jr. Graphic Design Account Manager at SellerSlice, you will play a hands-on role in the creation of compelling visual assets that support our clients’ success on Amazon. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple client brands while meeting deadlines. You will collaborate with marketing strategists, brand managers, and senior designers to bring product pages and brand stories to life through high-quality design, leveraging tools like Google Analytics or Brandwatch for tracking brand performance.

Your work will directly influence conversion, engagement, and overall brand presence across Amazon and digital channels. Experience with video editing or basic videography is a plus and may be applied to create short product videos and visual storytelling content for Amazon and social platforms, with strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex brand concepts clearly.

Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Product Content: Design product images, infographics, and A+ content for Amazon listings, aligning visuals with brand standards and Amazon requirements.

  • Digital Asset Creation: Design marketing materials including brand banners, social media graphics, and ads that support product visibility and brand engagement.

  • Image Editing: Edit and enhance product photography using tools such as Adobe Photoshop to ensure professional polish, brand consistency, and Amazon compliance.

  • Brand Content Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies tailored to creative content clients, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and client goals.

  • Brand Project Management: Monitor brand performance through key metrics and analytics, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimize client brand positioning.

  • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for direct client communications, facilitating clear and proactive updates on brand progress, feedback loops, and relationship-building to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Video Editing (Optional/Bonus): If experienced, assist in editing short-form video content for Amazon product listings, brand intros, or social promotions using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams—including marketing, branding, and creative leads—to maintain brand consistency across all client deliverables, including messaging, visuals, and campaigns..

  • Software Application: Apply and expand your working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to real-world projects and production workflows.

Expected Previous Experience:

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required. Bonus points for working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing software.

  • Design Portfolio: Demonstrated experience through a portfolio or examples of previous design projects (academic or professional) with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color.

  • Photo Editing Skills: Experience retouching images, removing unwanted elements, and optimizing files for the web using professional techniques.

  • Account Management Experience: 1-2 years in a brand coordination or account management role within a creative agency or marketing environment, focusing on client-facing brand initiatives.

  • Brand Guidelines Execution: Hands-on involvement in executing brand guidelines for multiple clients, including strategy development and compliance checks.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaboration with creative teams on brand-aligned projects, demonstrating the ability to bridge client needs with strategic brand execution.

  • Client Communication: Proven track record of managing direct client communications, including email correspondence, virtual meetings, and status reports that drive brand alignment and satisfaction.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Experience working with others on projects or in a team environment. Willingness to receive and apply feedback.

Requirements:

  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to consistently produce clean, pixel-perfect designs with a strong attention to detail.

  • Organized & Efficient: Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Communication: Clear communicator who can take creative direction and provide input when needed.

  • Growth-Oriented: Enthusiastic about learning, growing, and improving your creative skills over time.

  • File Knowledge: Understands appropriate file types for different use cases. Must know PNG is used for transparency.

  • Video Editing (Bonus): Experience with basic videography or editing short-form videos is a plus but not required.

  • Brand Management Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Brandwatch, or similar platforms for tracking and reporting brand performance.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional skills with the ability to juggle multiple client brands while maintaining high attention to detail and deadline adherence.

  • Communications Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, with demonstrated experience in direct client interactions to convey complex brand concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on brand management coursework or certifications.

Pay:

$45,266 - $54,514 per year
